Clients can choose one-on-one appointments or join our weekly small-group classes,
designed specifically for people with cancer to improve fitness, mobility, and strength in a
supportive environment.
Kirsten works from Active+ in Mt Eden. Physiotherapy services are supported by a wider
team offering lymphoedema therapy, massage, and Pilates all under one roof.
