The Zoom links and descriptions for all the classes from Monday 13th April are below. As Zoom has recently updated their privacy and security, you may be asked for a password before your class – these passwords can also be found below.

Tuesday: 10.30 am Yoga with Candice

This class will guide you through a gentle therapeutic practice focusing on movement with the breath to assist with de-stressing and relaxing the body.
Wednesday: 10.30 am Pilates with Megan
Meeting password: 585641
This class will be low impact and mat-based, focusing on core strength, posture and breathing. Suitable for all levels.
Thursday: Functional Strength with Candice

This class will focus on functional fitness using a combination of body weighted exercises and whatever weights you have in your house – this could include your tins of baked beans! This class will combine strength, cardio, Tai Chi and balance.
Friday: 8.30 am Guided Meditation with Ash
Meeting password: 234717
These meditation sessions can help to develop deeper concentration, mental clarity and emotional positivity. If you haven’t tried it before, meditation could be a very helpful tool during the social isolation we are all facing right now.
