We know that for many of you, things are feeling overwhelming right now. We would like to reassure you that our team provides essential services and we will continue your care as seamlessly as possible.

Some patients who need to be physically assessed will still come into the clinic at their Specialist’s request. You will notice that the team are wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a mask and gown. Patients in the clinic will also be given a mask to put on. We are limiting visitors to the clinic to one only per patient appointment. Your visitor will also be given a mask.

Following the principles of isolation at Level 4, we are not using the waiting room. When you park, call reception 09 925 444 to tell us you are here and wait in your car,  helping us to see you without you being in contact with other patients. If you are having treatment this will continue as before, but with our chairs spaced further apart. No visitors will be allowed in Daystay.

We will be continuing with some of our consultations as well as our physiotherapy appointments and exercise classes virtually!  For Gym class membership you will first need to make a telephone appointment with our physiotherapist for an assessment. We have had confirmation from Southern Cross, NIB and AIA that they will fund you’re your telehealth sessions with our physiotherapists.

For our online classes and appointments, we will be using Zoom, a free online video conferencing platform. To access Zoom, you will need a smartphone, iPad or a laptop/computer. We send participants a Zoom invite, asking you to join a session. All you need to do is to click on the link in the email, and it will open up the Zoom session for you. If you have any problems, please get in touch.

If you feel you would benefit from counselling support during these difficult times, we can recommend two very experienced psychologists in private practice who will also be available by phone or for video consultation.

If you have any questions or would like further support we are here to help you:
