On Tuesday, we held our first Zoom fitness class. We were delighted with how many of you joined us while we got to grips with the technology – we hope you enjoyed the class. For those of you who missed the yoga, there is a recording available on our private Facebook group – Harbour Fitness Group. We can also email this video to you if you don’t have a Facebook account.
We will be holding another free class this Thursday (2nd April) at 10.30am. The functional strength class will also be led by our oncology physiotherapist Candice Kitt.

What should I expect from the class?

What equipment will I need?
– a chair
– 2x weights or cans of anything you have (baked beans, soup etc) or 2x small filled water bottles
– theraband or stretchy band if you have one (not necessary)
– a bath towel
